Right of withdrawal/Open purchase
We always offer 30 days open purchase. We will refund the money to you within 10 days upon return.

When you shop, you can pay via bank/credit card, invoice or via Klarna's payment options. Exchanges & Returns

I want to make a return
If you want to return a product, please contact customer service and we will help you. Please enter your order number and it will go faster. We will of course make sure that you are replaced with a new product or refunded based on your wishes.
When will I receive a refund for my return?
You can see your refund on your account statement within 7 banking days calculated from the day we received your returned item. Refunds are always made to the same account that was used for payment.
how do I make a trade?
We will be happy to help you exchange your item. Make sure that your item is in new condition and in its original packaging, and that the exchange takes place within 30 days of receiving the order. You cannot exchange used items. If you want to change to another item, please contact Kalma's customer service with information about which product(s) you want to return and which product(s) you want instead. We will place a new order for you as soon as we have registered your case.
